Nature of This Website

This is a private reference website with no power to act for the Adair County Regional Jail, Kentucky DOC, DJJ, a court, or another public office. We keep no official government records. We cannot confirm a person's custody status, order or carry out a release, alter a record, accept a legal filing, or provide an agency response.

Pages point toward public agencies, inmate and jail record resources, and third-party research tools that may assist a visitor. Any record or status must be confirmed with its originating custodian.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site responsibly and lawfully. In particular, you must not:

• Use the website while violating any applicable law
• Use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten a person
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content
• Seek access to accounts, code, systems, or data without permission

No Consumer Reports

We are not a consumer reporting agency as that term is defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We do not supply background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do our advertising partners. You agree not to use information from the site or a linked search result for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decisions
• Tenant selection, leases, or other housing screening
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance rates and eligibility
